Numerous number of opens from Marketing email Insights

Hi,

I'm seeing from the Insights tab, Interactions option, that an email has been opened by a single user 8 times in the space of 10 mins with 4 being opened at the same time??




Does anyone else get this?

Have raised a ticket with Microsoft but they are unable to provide much information and just want to monitor the situation??

    Hi Chris1968,
     
    The timeline will faithfully feed all actions and marketing insights cannot be modified.
    So this is a real thing that happened, and the user submitted multiple open requests;
    it's also possible that the inbox is a shared mailbox and multiple members of the mailbox opened the email together.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I was thinking that a mailbox could potentially have been a reason why so many opens are registered, but then thought the email is address to the individual email not a group e-mail address??
