65Our customer have 7 stores connecte via HQ. When creating InterStore transfers within HQ(W330) for one store only it's ordering always 1 less than suppose to i.e.:
Reorder Point=1, restock level = 1 OH=0 - no transfer created
Reorder Point=1, restock level = 2 OH=0 - 1 item ordered
so it looks like it is reckognizing that should create order, but when it comes to calculate how many it should order it does it wrong.
I checked ItemDynamic table for this shop for those items and looks OK - means it's exactly the same like one of the other stores.
It happens only fir certain items for one store.
Please tell me if you have any ideas how to deal with this problem.
