Can any one share knowledge about XRM tab ? What does it mean and why it is there in CRM Site map ?
I want to know the purpose of that Tab.
Please share if you know about it.

I am not asking how to remove it or change it, I want to know that why it exist there on Sitemap ? Does Microsoft put this tab for meaningful purpose or its a glitch ?

It's no significance and they've just put it there in the upgraded version.
Create a Solution, add the default SiteMap, open it in the PowerApps' SiteMap Designer and remove the XRM Area from the same and Publish.

It's a quirk of the upgrade process. I believe we've had it appear for all of our clients (in not all, then pretty close) when they're gone through the upgrade. It serves no purpose. Edit the Site Map and remove it.

Can you please share screenshot here which tab are you talking about? Seems this is custom tab coming somehow in your instance .
