Hi,
Recently, had some problem with the email interaction between Outlook and BC so I reset the email logging in Marketing Setup. BC ask for the administrator account to do the reset but after admin account is entered, it rejected the administrator. I confirm that the admin account is working fine in the Exchange Admin Center (the classic version as I discover there is a new version). This was not a problem before as I already set up email logging successfully once with the current process (not the new Experience Process).
I try using the Email Logging Assisted Setup in BC. Going through the usual steps but when it comes to the "Sign in with administrator user" step and the sign in was done, it says "Could not sign in the administrator".
Anyone knows how to overcome this issue? Seems like a new issue.
