Hi,
We are trying to find the date for when records were changed to a particular status (Option agreed) but out of the list of 100 or so records, there are around 5 with no audit history what so ever. This is clearly an error as each record's default status is 'new' so changes must have been made to it in order for it to reach 'Option agreed'.
Any ideas why this might have happened and is there a way to retrieve the missing audit history?

I have the same question (0)I have no explanation nor a solution unfortunately, but I can confirm that sometimes changes do not end up in the audit history. We recently researched a series of changes, only to find out that for *some* records the audit log is empty. For other records all changes to the same fields are logged correctly.
