Pop-up buttons in Outlook add-in not responding

Hello,

I'm running into a problem when using the Outlook add-in: All buttons that should open a pop-up window are not responding. I marked some of them in yellow:

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this?

    Does this issue also happen using another browser or in InPrivate / InCognito browsing?

    This issue doesn't occur in a browser, it occurs in the Outlook add-in. No problems in the browser or the app so far.

    Hello,

    I just ran the scenario myself and it appears to be an issue. Would you mind raising a support request for this issue via your CSP or MS Dynamics 365 partner so we can track it and process it correctly.  Meanwhile I did raise an internal ticket to the product group. In your ticket submission, please include the url to this posting as the internal ticket has already been created.

    Thank you Marco! I will contact my Dynamics partner. Just curious, why do you guys need a support request via my Dynamics partner?

    Hello,

    Support is done via CSP / Dynamics partner. Microsoft does provide direct support to partner. It has always been like that.

    Open Outlook, click the File tab, then choose Options.

    Click the Add-Ins button.

    In the Manage drop-down menu, choose Disabled Items, then click Go....

    Highlight the entry for Webex Desktop App, then click the Enable button.

    Click OK.

    Close and restart Outlook.

    Thanks for the support! That actually sounded like a proper solution. However, it became a little stranger. The add-in isn't shown in the list of add-ins, in the add-in tab of Outlook options. So unfortunetaly, I can't select the add-in to perform your third step (In the Manage drop-down menu, choose Disabled Items, then click Go....) Screenshot: https://file.io/1uRRPqKt

    Hello,

    The Office Add-In Inbox is not a COM Add-In. It is a Add-In that can be found in the Store. Meanwhile our developers found this issue may be related to an existing bug that is probably resolved in SaaS release (v16). If there is no customer case for the OnPrem releases, the issue will not automatically be fixed in earlier releases because cases raised by partners take full priority unless we from CSS push a bit (which I am doing right now).

    The fix is in build 12530.
