Power BI report selection (My worksace) in Business central

Hello everyone,

We are using Power BI intergrated into Business central and we have many workspaces. However, when we open the page to select a report, it seems that reports are associated to My workspace automatically. I don't know how they have been selected to go in this environnement and each user as a different view.
Is it possible to know how does the selection is made? How does reports go to My workspace, even thow they are not in the Power Bi service, My workspace. Some of our users would like to personnalise this visual, is it possible?
Thank you for your help,
I have the same question (0)

As far as I know, this cannot be done. Power BI Selection Element (6313): The source table of this page is temporary.
By default, the first one is My Workspace, and even if it is collapsed, all will be displayed when it is opened for the second time.....

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Unfortunately, this cannot be personalized

As you correctly notice, the reports shown in My Workspace are of two types.
    - The reports actually in My Workspace (the same shown in the Power BI UI under the user's own workspace)
    - The reports associated with Apps installed from App Source to Power BI. These reports are also shown in their own workspace, so it's weird they are shown twice in the list, but it's just a consequence of how the Power BI REST APIs work.
