I'm handing in year end, and the auditor wants a copy of my general ledger. How do I print that, or save it to a USB drive?

Thanks.

how many records do you have?

if you have less data and have access to run the table then run the table and copy to excel etc.

I don't know what "run the table" is.

    Hi,

Is it the General Ledger Entries?

You can open the page and on the Page Action, you can find the Send to Microsoft Excel action button and save it :)

I don't even know how to run the report. How do I view the general ledger?

    Hi,

Agreed with Rock, or if you are lazy to navigate, just type General Ledger Entries in the search bar.

You can check the Detail trial balance report where you can put date filter to display the required General ledger entries.

Additional to that you can G/L register report also

Agreed with Naresh. You can search for General Ledger Entries and then apply the filters on the page based on your requirement. Then click on export to excel. t wi

I found what I wanted. I wanted a starting balance to every account, all the related debits and credits, and an ending balance. That is the true definition of a general ledger. I would it as the trial balance detail/summary report.

Amol answered the question with his detail trial balance post
