Importing/Exporting customer journeys etc

Hi, is it possible to export marketing configurations like customer journeys, different templates, segments, content/marketing settings and then import them into another instance (prod)?

I know that it is possible to export them as an excel file but how do you get all the content and tiles from a customer journey for an example?

Are there any other possible ways to migrate from sandbox to prod except copying the instance?

    Hello,

I tried to export and import all related customer journey entitles

It it looks like I succeed it, but still it does not show me the customer journey in the environment I tried to import, neither in the affected dataverse tables.

I was watching this video as a guide (1) Migrate Dataverse Table data across environments and organizations - YouTube.

Can you please share me more information how did you manage to export/import your customer journeys?

    Thank you in advance

Hello, just wanted to confirm what Megan and Risa shared. We used the Configuration Migration tool this week successfully. This Q/A has really helped us.

Just wanted to share this since I also have the same question. The approach suggested by Megan works (using Configuration Migration tool from Nuget). I was able to successfully export customer journeys, templates, and other data from one instance to another.

David it is possible but with some caveats.  You would need to download the Configuration Migration tool from Nuget.  Right now, the version of Marketing that you are migrating from and to must be on the same version.   If this is the case, you would need to open a support ticket for Marketing to ask for a copy of the schema that matches your current Marketing version.  Once you have the schema, you can use that in the tool to export your data and then import your data.
