My company is just getting around to upgrading from v8 to v10 then to 2010. Does anyone know where I can find the downloads for Collections Management and EFT Payables? I searched every where on Customer Source and could not find it. Thank you.

As Richard stated, they are not a separate download. They are included in GP10 and GP2010. They need to be selected to install when you are installing the new version.
We purchased Collections Management & EFT to use in v8 a few years ago. We're now doing a test upgrade to v10 and I can't find the download for these 2 addons.
You do have to be licensed for Collections Mgmt. though. If you're on GP2010 Advanced Management, it's included. If you're on Business Essentials, it's not available. EFT is included in both AM and BE.
EFT for Payables and Collections Management are built into GP 2010. There is no separate download.
