Since Wednesday we have had an issue with creating new production or sandbox environments in the admin centre.
We had an open support ticket with Tek experts and in the meantime it resolved it self (thursday AM), it then seems to have stopped working yesterday again. This always seems to coincide with the postponement to v22 upgrades from MS, but these are not upgrades.
Has anybody else had this issue? we are unable to create any production or sandbox environments across our entire client base...
I have experienced the same a few times lately.
When I give it some hours it usually fix it self.
I am sure Microsoft are collection telemetry around this and try to mitigate the situation when it happens.

I had faced this problem in past, but I left this for over night but next morning it was automatically resolved. not sure you can connect with MS team.
