Hi everyone,

Is there any possibility to return a product when fiscal period is on hold?

If yes,how it is possible ?

    Hi Omkarthik,

    You mentioned 2012 retail so I am giving retail possible scenarios. You can take return on POS but statement posting will happen as per current fiscal period. On POS you can use receipt or without receipt return.
