Change cheque signature in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010

Hi, I am trying to change the signature for payable cheques in this program. Can anyone direct me as to where to go to have this done, original signer is no longer with the company, need to add new signatory.

    Hello Davis,

    You need to R&D on adding image on GP Report.  Please go through this video it will give you some idea same need to apply to your check signature.

    In addition to what Sandip stated and if you are using Mekorma with GP,

     

     

    Here is where you change the signature

     

    Setup>Purchasing>Mekorma MICR Payables Setup>Signature ID

     

    1.  Have the new signee's signature scanned and saved to a .GIF. Let us assume it is located under \\servername\folder\NewSignee.gif
    2.  Open the checkbook used from Mekorma MICR Setup and make a note of the signature ID reference
        • Setup>Purchasing>Mekorma MICR Payables Setup>Mekorma MICR Setup
    3. Open the signature ID window
        • Setup>Purchasing>Mekorma MICR Payables Setup>Signature ID

    and replace the file location with the file name from step 1 (above).

    \\servername\folder\NewSignee.gif

     

    Please note, you will be prompted for a password when you open the signature ID window.
