When I try to open a workflow I get the following error
Value cannot be null
Parameter name startElement.
I get prompted to enter my username and password but then receive this error and not able to open the workflow. The only option is to revert back to a previous workflow. We confirmed nothing was change on the workflow

I need to get some details:
1. Do you use some code such as some plugins?
2. Has the security role been changed?
3. Did all the workflows associated with this record go wrong?
There are many possibilities for the problem, but I still suggest you first try deleting and creating an identical workflow.
