Customer received Wrong emails

Hi All,

In RetailStoreTransaction 1 customer received  invoice email along with other customers email too.

We checked the batch jobs it was error statement for all customers it is only successful for  received customer.

What could be the issue?

Please suggest me with some troubleshoots

    Hi MATTGUO,

    Thanks for your Response.

    Yes we are using Retail module.

    we raised invoice for customers it will automatically send mail to particular customer.

    But yesterday for 23 customers invoice mail sent to last customer , so he got totally 24 invoice mails.

    Finally we found that  batch job got error  for 23 customer .

    what could be the issue?

    May I know how many email this customer have? Have you set the primary email for this customer?

    Please check the email setup at both POS and HQ side.

    Please also follow up below site to double check another setup at your system:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email

    If this issue still exist, please log a service request to double check with Microsoft Retail support team.
