Hi all,

I be required to repeat the header for existing standard Customer Account Statement report in each page. I try several ways like repeat with and repeat column headers... However, I still did not manage to achieve my desire result.

Can anyone advise how can I repeat this header?

If the headers in your Customer Account Statement SSRS report are not repeating on each page, follow these steps to ensure that the headers remain visible throughout the report.

Step 1: Enable "Repeat Header Rows on Each Page"

    1. Select the Table (Tablix) Control:

      • Click anywhere inside your table (Tablix) to select it.
    2. Open "Row Groups" Pane:

      • If not visible, go to View > Grouping Pane.
      • In the Row Groups section, locate the (Static) member that corresponds to the header row.
    3. Set Header Row Properties:

      • Click the small triangle next to (Static) and select Properties.
      • In the Properties window:
        • Set KeepWithGroup = After
        • Set RepeatOnNewPage = True
        • Set KeepTogether = True
    4. Apply Changes & Save.

Step 2: Enable "Repeat Headers" in Tablix Properties

    1. Select the Tablix (the whole table, not just a single row).
    2. In the Properties pane, check:
      • RepeatColumnHeaders = True
      • RepeatRowHeaders = True
      • FixedHeader = True (if needed for freezing headers in interactive reports)

Step 3: Verify and Adjust Page Breaks

    1. Check Page Break Settings:

      • If page breaks are applied incorrectly, remove or adjust them.
      • Select the table, go to Properties, and ensure that PageBreak is set correctly.
    2. Ensure Group Headers Are Set to Repeat:

      • In the Row Groups pane, select the parent group (if applicable).
      • Right-click and choose Group Properties.
      • In the Page Breaks tab, ensure:
        • "Between each instance of a group" is checked (only if needed).

Step 4: Preview and Test the Report

    1. Run the report in Preview Mode and check if headers repeat across all pages.
    2. If the issue persists, try adjusting the Row Height in the header row to ensure it is not being pushed off the page.

    Final Notes:

    • If your report uses a Matrix (instead of a Table), apply the same RepeatOnNewPage setting in the Column Groups section.
    • If exporting to Excel, ensure the FixedHeader option is enabled to keep headers visible while scrolling.
