Error when processing invoices in Solomon 6.5

We are getting this error when processing invoices:

System Message 6124: Process started: Thu Sep 20 03:17 P.M.

Processing: Processing Invoice Number 091943

System Message 536: Invalid length parameter passed to the SUBSTRING

                    function.

 

  Debugging info: dbsqlexec,sInsertFastIO -

                    ExecuteDbProc

 Has anybody encountered this error before?

    It was originally entered in Flexible Billing, we deleted it and entered in directly into AR, and it went through.

    Hello DE SL Consultant,

    Unfortunately, 6.5 is no longer supported.  However, I would run a trace using SQL Profiler to try and determine the cause of the issue.  You can find a document and trace template on CustomerSource or PartnerSource that will help you with this process.
