I am on dot 27 release and have enabled Leave of Absence module to test its functionality. One thing that has caught my attention is that once I approve a leave of an employee, there is no way of me knowing that this employee is on leave apart from either going to company calendar or physically going into the leave request page.
The question is that after leave approval, does the status of an employee changes on employee record or any indication that this employee is on leave? I don't see it happening so I am wondering if I am missing something. How would an HR manager know if an employee is on leave out of 100 employees that they have?
