I was in the process of adding additional accounts to a company and received this error. Any suggestions as to what went wrong? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Were you using the Account Maintenance window and trying to set up a new GL Account? Did you get a dialog box that just said 'Error Adding Accounts'. Just in case it's an easy fix I would rebuild the account indexes using the PSTL tool. Does this happen to just this one company? Does it happen for all users? Does it happen at all workstations?
