Dear All,
I would like to add Star icon as the below attached image to the CRM form.
Our client want to describe rating represented by Star icon depends on field input.
Could you guys please help me the way how to do that?

Hello Kyi,
Yes you can easily implement above requirement. Just you will need to change the field control that is it.

Now we have field which will show star rating but as per your requirement you will show this star rating as per other field.
for that you will need to implement the logic using Business Rule or JS(if not possible using BR)
