we created a workstream using omnichannel admin center app for cases auto routing to queue. but it is not working. because -for cases routing everything is done still cases were not routing because, for this there is a default flow present in the environment called entity distribution flow. In that flow only we have to update workstream id that we want to execute. -according to this document Create multiple work streams for entity records routing | Microsoft Docs in this flow only we should edit workstream id.but in our case this default flow is modified or edited by someone. that's why cases are not routing to desired workstream.i need to build that flow again as it was before that's why i need to know what was there before modifications. what contents were used.if anyone has that flow in their environment, please share the required information.flow name: entity records distribution flowsolution name: default solutions
