We just encountered an issue while tendering a transaction on a client computer.
Error # -2147217900
There is already an object names '##oakridge_ItemReserve_00002' in the database.
(Source Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server)
(SQL State 42S01)
(NativeError 2714)
The error caused the server computer to freeze and all point of sale and the manager computers were thrown out of RMS
Are there any suggestions?
Hi! That may indicate that your database is full (reached maximum allowable size). Please contact your RMS Partner/VAR/Reseller for assistance on how to correctly reduce the size of the database.
