We are having an issue with some of our sales staff removing line items from other sales reps orders so that they can sell them, or it appears that way. I have been getting complaints form sales that line items are being removed from their orders and I am fairly sure that GP is not just randomly removing line items, at least I hope not. Is there a way to determine who deleted a line item, I know I can track who deleted or voided an order but can I track to the line level?

I have the same question (0)You can do it in Activity Tracking by using File Tracking - Deletions from Trx files. I'm not sure that this will give you the detail you need. It will give you the Order Number and the person deleting. (I'm not 100% sure)
If I was tasked with this, I would use a SQL trigger on SOP10200 for DELETE and write results to a SQL table. Then report on that table using SSRS.
