We have multiple users reporting issues today, mostly when accessing attachments.
Users are getting a screen
Something Went wrong
Version check timedout twice
tenant ID/Operation ID at the bottom.
Cant find anything online about this error and nothing reported in service health indicating a issue
Hi, I saw similar messages on twitter yesterday, but it doesn't seem like a global issue. Maybe it has been fixed.

Have you added some new custom code lately that could cause this?
If not I recommend you contact your CSP partner and ask them to open a support ticket with Microsoft around this.
