CRM application is not accessible after installing KB or patch specific on the OS version of the server for WannaCry virus.
Here's the actual error message:
This issue has not been resolve for 5months. I just always uninstall the server update for us to use the CRM application.
As per MS, issue is not on the application hence it is under OS level issue.
Other things we've checked are:
.Net Framework version
Network Load balancing (NLB)
IFD - internet facing deployment
System.Xaml.Hosting.dll into GAC (Global Assembly Cache)
Is there anybody who had experience / resolved the same issue?
