BC Mobile App(Android) Crashed When Sign In to an Organization in Cloud Env

Dear all,

When I am trying to Sign In to an Organization in cloud env for business central(version 2023 wave 2)  mobile app(Android) that the app crashed.

Steps are given below:

1. First I select cloud sandbox in the app

                                           
2. Then enter the domain name and I found my organization correctly.
                                           

3. Then Its asked me for my email the password. After giving the password the app fully crashed.
                                         


Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

    Don't you have problems with the browser? Does it work correctly with other environments? Or has it never worked.

    Please update your BC Mobile App first. Or try again after changing your device.
    If this doesn't work, it may be a Microsoft issue. I recommend submitting a SR to Microsoft Support.

    @gdrenteria  and @YUN ZHU Thanks for your reply. For web and IOS version its working absolutely fine. I am facing this problem in Mobile apps for Android devices. I tried few android devices and all crashed. Update the BC APP as well but raised the same issue.
