I realize one can email invoices and purchase orders one at a time from within Microsoft Dynamics GP, but can one email many at one time? If so, please describe how to perform that function.

Yes, invoices and purchase orders can only be emailed one at a time in the Dynamics GP client. Although Statements can be emailed in batches, using the email statements functionality. However, you might want to look at Electronic Document Delivery which is used with Business Portal, and allows for the emailing of documents like invoices in more of a batch type fashion. There are also third party products that offer this sort of functionality, like Liaison Messenger, www.liaisonsc.com
