CRM 2013 on-premise to Dynamics 365 online migration

I want to migrate my solution and data from Dynamics CRM 2013 On-premise instance to Dynamics 365 online . Is there any established approach?Multiple hops via 2015,2016  is suggested in https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/hh699673.aspx .However, the article https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328109.aspx#BKMK_VersionCompatibilty indicates that direct portability from 2013 to D365 is available. Latter would be preferred if it is supported.  Is it possible to export my CRM 2013 solution and import it directly on Dynamics 365 online with minor fixes to be applied later?

Thanks Rajkumar . However, I have not yet found answer to my original question above. I prefer doing a direct export from CRM 2013 and re-import on D365 online instance without the multi hop via intermittent version. Is this even possible ?There is no clear guidance from Microsoft on this .

    Hello Chaitra,

Tenfold just recently added MS office 365 to their integrations list. Tenfold offers features such as click to dial, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation, screen pops on inbound and outbound calls, new lead/contact creation when no matching records, support for cases/opportunities and advanced analytics on the backend. They also support MS Dynamics integration. www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

I need to do a direct migration from 2013 to D365 online. Look like solution Rajkumar Rajaraman provide was the correct solution but the link is on longer valid. Can post the correct link for this solution?

    Thanks,

    Ronald
