I've configured USD and UAD. My business requirements are:
Call land in UAD and it open new Contact form
-Agents will create Contact and save it
-Agents will hit Create Case Button in USD toolbar
-A new Case form must open in new tab with populating customer as current customer populated in other tab
Any idea to acheive this?
