Hi All,

I am creating a new inspection template, in that I added one entity lookup question, in the answer I need to select user, so I added user entity lookup but the field is showing only Application ID, I need to show the user name.
When I select the answer its showing Guid like value.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi partner,
Entity lookup: Allows technicians to choose a Dynamics 365 record. In the inspection designer interface, admins must select an entity and a field to display.
For a chosen entity, the Name field and mandatory fields are the entity attributes that can be displayed in the lookup.

    Hi partner,
Yes, it seems that only application ID field can be selected.
Though the documentation said that  the Name field and mandatory fields are the entity attributes that can be displayed in the lookup, We can't seem to decide what fields will show up now.
Perhaps you could create a Microsoft Support support ticket, they may know why it was designed that way.
Get Help + Support - Dynamics | Microsoft Docs
Or you can try to create one custom entity, and copy all users records to new entity, then select the custom entity on the inspection template.
