Count number of event joined in Segment

Hi All,

Wanted to know in Segment, is that possible to get a count number of event a contact or an organization had joined? We have a requirement which the customer want to segment account which has been joined 4 events.

I can't seem find a filter which I can put in my criteria for 4 joined event.

    Hi YA_TEH,

    eg, you can use interaction based segment with count() > 3, but there's a caveat – if the contact registered for an event, then cancelled and then registered for the same event again, it would count as two separate registrations (if the segment was interaction based). If you measure on attendance instead - then it should work fine.

    Also, there might be other topics to consider - do you care about point in time data (someone has registered at one point – regardless of whether they have cancelled later) or the current state (only people who are currently registered – cancelled ones do not count)? The former one indicates interaction segment, while the later indicates a profile-based segment.
