Sales Order Transaction Report

When I select sales order transactions and filter to a specific customer, I receive a listing of all the invoices for that customer.  Is there a way to filter this listing to only outstanding invoices?  Also, when I sort by amount by clicking on the column header and click print, it prints in invoice # order and not invoice amount order.  Is there any way to ensure that it prints in the amount order and not invoice # order?

Thanks,

    Hi

SmartList gives you more options for what to include and what not to include.  And you can push your list to Excel making it easier to print.

In Navigation Lists, you have the option to include Work or History - but this is simply unposted or posted for Sales Order Transactions.  I can't see a way to only include outstanding.

If you do it via SmartList, then you can include the column Current Trx Amount and make that not equal to zero.

    Cheers

    Heather

No, I'm doing it through the Navigation Lists.
