I have created a new entity called aircraft, and setup forms for it and uploaded aircraft data then I added it to the sitemap page under customers below Accounts and Contacts. I have published the changes I made then go to my main page I have in Dynamics 365 and I can see Aircraft under Customers and below Accounts then Contacts it shows up and I can access it and see all the data I uploaded. The issue I have is none of the other users we have can see the link for Aircraft I'm the only one that can see it and access the data. The other users are setup as Sales professional or Team members.

Any help would be appreciated

I just got it to show up, it was in the security role setting.

The users have the security setup for Sales Person

are you sure other users have a security role with access to this entity? (at least read access)

check tab custom entities in security role of othee users and find this entity.
