How to block an item for no more use

Hi Everyone,

If I want to block an item for no more use in dynamics 365 then how can i ? Actually i don't want to see that item card at the time of creating sales or purchase order.

    Under Default order settings in "Product information management" you can block an item for sales or purchase etc. There are checkboxes labeled as 'stopped'

    Hi Paras,

    Hiding the stopped items require an additional customization on the lookup. It is not a standard feature.

    Little work around will be required to hide the item at the time of sale or purchase order.
