When i logged into CRM, the page is laoding, but the top of the page where ribbons and buttons that you can use to work are not loading. if i want to export to excel, i dont see the export to excel button, the file button, the save button and the other buttons that you can use to navigate the page are not loading.
What do i need to do?

I understand that you are facing that the ribbon is not loading. Before giving you more inputs on this I want to understand this issue in more details. So, could you please let me know?
•What version of CRM you are using. Is it CRM4.0 or CRM 2011?
•Are you using online or on premise version of CRM?
•Are you facing this issue both from CMR outlook client and from web interface?
•If you are facing this issue only with CRM outlook client. What version of outlook you are using.
•What is the Update roll up installed in CRM server and in client machine
•Is CRM system administrator also facing the same issue?
•Have you tested this behavior form another system?
•Have you tested this behavior form multiple users?
I would suggest you to please follow the above instructions whichever is not followed yet. That will help me to isolate this issue and base on that I will be able to share more inputs to fix the issue you are facing.
