We have Plugin where we grant access to Team. (Below Code)

GrantAccessRequest gar = new GrantAccessRequest()

{
PrincipalAccess = new PrincipalAccess()
{
AccessMask = accessRight,
Principal = teamReference
},
Target = targetReference

};

Getting error: More than one concurrent Share requests detected for an Entity and ObjectTypeCode XXXX.

Please suggest.
