How to limit ribbon button visibility to certain people/team

Hey,

As mention in the title, I want to "hide" the button from a view and form.

To be precise, I don't want my sales team to "Delete" the lead.

And for that the delete option need to be hidden for them from the ribbon of the lead view and form.

P.S: Ribbon workbech is going over my head, and simple step by step solution might be helpfull.
