Employee Utilization Report TM.040.00 in T&E for Projects

Hello. First time post here. Wondering if anyone is familiar with the Employee Utilization report in Dynamics SL and how to run the report from the 1st day of a calendar month to the last day of the calendar month. The report seems to run from the time-card weeks in each Accounting Period defined in Week Maintenance. Thanks again.

Hi John,

To my knowledge, you can follow the below steps to achieve the start date and End date functionality on Employee Utilization report.

Go to the report control maintenance under Administrator module

Enter the report number “TM040”

3. Click the Control Options button and opens up the Control options(98.300.03) screen

4. Select the Reporting Range Prompt as “Beg/End Date”

5. Click ok and system will show up the system message 9810

6. Click yes on the system message and close the control option screen

7. Save the report control maintenance.

Now you can see the Beg Date and End date on Employee Utilization report.
