In the UK we are often finding the address lookup to be pretty poor at finding local residences. They either outright cant find the information or give up trying mid way through and offer a lot of nonsense information.
This causes a knock on for all of our scheduling and booking travel times.
It's poor when using the lookup on the account level but also if making any changes to the service location on a work order.
Is there something that we can do to improve this or check configuration on?
Alternatively, what are other solutions we can use?
Register for a premium Bing Maps API key (higher usage quota and better results).
Reconfigure with this key in system settings.
2: Use Google Maps or Loqate via Integration
Google Maps or Loqate (GBG) offer much better UK address accuracy.
Integrate via Power Automate, custom PCF controls, or 3rd-party solutions from AppSource.
3: Manual Validation + Custom Geocoding
Add a custom Power Automate flow to validate and geocode addresses using an external API.
Save latitude/longitude back to the record to improve scheduling accuracy.
