The issue is that when some users (but not all) go to the Notes field for an entity and click on an attachment they are getting an “Invalid Action” error. On the server in the event log I can see this:
Current key (KeyType : CrmWRPCTokenKey) is expired. This can indicate that a key is not being regenerated correctly. Current Key : CrmKey(Id:37719d0a-6012-e511-942a-005056b23967, ScaleGroupId:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, KeyType:CrmWRPCTokenKey, Expired:True, ValidOn:06/14/2015 06:39:01, ExpiresOn:07/17/2015 06:39:01, CreatedOn:06/14/2015 06:39:01, CreatedBy:XXXX\XXXXXX.
It seems to happen for most users but not all. The issue was happening for my user but then started to work after an iisreset, but other users are still having the issue.
Things I have tried so far are:
- Restarting Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service
- Restarting Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service (maintenance)
- Run Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WRPCKeyRenewal.exe /R
- IISRESET
- Reboot the CRM server (but not the database server).
Do you have any suggestions? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
