40I have run into a problem that's exists in two of our clients Dynamics environments.
It is when you sync a meeting from outlook to dynamics, it pushes an e-mail with the invitation to all the participants. The problem is that for the participants/invitees the /text format/ of the appointment seems to lose it's HTML formatting.
Please see below:
Step one, creating a meeting in outlook and the invitation will fine look like this:
Step 2, syncing to dynamics with the addin Dynamics 365 and the HTML formatting is gone?!
I have tried with the new Sales Copilot app instead and then it works as it should. The text looks correct for everyone (Sorry I have no screenshot)
SO the big question is that, have we configured the setting with the add-in wrong or should we use the copilot app instead? Or is there anything else I could check?
