To resolve the issue of a transfer order created with closed work and still in created state, follow these steps:
Navigate to Warehouse Management > Periodic Tasks > Clean up > Cancel Work.
Copy the relevant Work ID, paste it into the Cancel Work dialog box, and click OK.
This action will successfully cancel the work.
