Fields greyed out while creating a new bank account

I created a new legal entity and did the basic configuration to it (trying to localize Payroll and HR to my country Tunisia for my end-of-study project) and after creating that entity I tried to create a bank account to use but the main account and Company statement name are locked for me and can't type or choose anythig, is there something that I need to configure before I can access it ?

Hi Fares,

For main account, do you select the COA on the path of General ledger > Ledger setup > Ledger for new legal entity?

For Company statement name, that depends on the bank account address, please have a look at this thread: community.dynamics.com/.../company-statement-name-in-bank

Hi Fares,

Please check that the ledger form in GL is completely setup with a Chart of Account and Account Structures.

Thank you MATTUGO,

the main account problem is solved, as for the Comapny Statement Name it didn't unfortunately unlock even after filling out the address: i guess it's only available for US and Canada only .

Thanks again, my main problem was the main account since it was a mandatory field to create a bank account and it's solved.
