not able to find the Create invoice button in the ribbon workbench
i can see if we turn on the saled order processing then we can hide the create invoice button, but i coudnt find the option

You can use the in-app tool--Command Checker to inspect the ribbon component definitions:

To enable the Command Checker tool, you must append a &ribbondebug=true parameter to your Dynamics 365 application URL.

And you can turn on-off SOP through the following solution:
