how come in some entities I am able to switch between processes and in some I can't ?

in both entities I have more then 1 process, with permissions for both . the only difference is that one is OOB (can switch) and one is customized (doesn't show the switch option or show only one process on the list )

Hi Tali

Sometimes when you create your own business process you can span it over multiple entities, I have 3 things to check

1) The records have not been created before the BPF was created (and if they have been try going through the process from fresh)

2) Make sure that the security roles have both BPF

3) If they span multiple entities make sure the user has access to both entities

if you have access to all the Business Process Flows.

did you link that process to the security roles (might want to try doing it for the sys admin, too)
