Hi. we are using an old version of AX (version 4.0). As you can imagine, there are good numbers that are phased out and new ones comming in. Right now if we conclude that a goodnr is not used any longer (we check "entries" and look when the good was invoiced last time, and if it has not been invoiced the last 2 years), we deactivate it by setting in an end date, and block it under "quantities".
This is really a lot of work manually to check each and every good manually with above procedure - and im thinking that although this is an old version, there must be a way to do this in a more efficient manner.
Is there any one knowing how I can setup a filter that would "catch" all goods that have not been invoiced within the last two years?
