scanning to CRM with IOS 11 scanner

Hi :)

i have a client that work with Tablet in the Dynamics 365 (browser not with dynamics APP)
and they want to work with the IOS 11 scanner APP to scan a bar-code for a custom entity (equipment entity) that is related to the Contact
they want to identify the equipment/create it or detract

the catch is -that i can't use any development tools -only Microsoft official tools (because of the organization regulation)
what is the best way to implement this kind of procedure ?
working with other scan APP is optional as well
