Dear Friend,

I have a question:

1/  A customer is using Dynamics 365 FO 7.0.4542.16189

2/ Now, this customer want to upgrade to 7.0.4565.16212

Question:

1/ I want to know how to Microsoft support this case?.

    Hi Cuong,

    If this is a Microsoft managed environment, you first have to apply the new version in the Build and a staging environment. Once tested and everything is OK, you can create a request for Microsoft to apply the changes on the production environment.
