Hi all please assist i want to delete my not posted free text invoice but my delete button is greyed out, how can i enable it?

Looks like there is a workflow. If you have submitted and approved, you will not be able to delete the invoice.
Check the workflow status for the invoice, if is in draft status you should be able to delete.
workflow is on draft
Can you check workflow history. Is it submitted and recalled? in this case you will not be able to delete.
workflow is pending
If workflow is pending you will not be able to delete the invoice. Try to recall the workflow and then delete, however I am not sure this will work.
i recalled workflow , it is not cancelled but i still cannot delete
