    Hi,

From confirm sales order option, we can select parameters and confirm multiple sales orders at a time. And importantly we can use batch job here it is useful when we have large data.

Confirm now- confirms current sales order open lines.

    Hello !

Confirm now doesn't let you print out the confirmation on the screen (or also print out as pdf or sending email)

Confirmation button allow do to do different things: confirm SO and also print the confirmation on the screen or as PDF or sending email. You can use a query to confirm multiple SO and run as a batch.
